Updated Rules & Regulations
The Board of Directors for Scenery Pointe Condominium (Condominium) has recently approved revised Architectural Guidelines as well a Policy Resolution for Trash & Recycling Disposal for the Condominium. These documents have been incorporated into an updated Rules & Regulations package that is available to download on the Condo Documents tab (click above). You are encouraged to download and/or print and keep a copy of these documents with your important Scenery Pointe documents. If you have a tenant, Maryland law requires that you provide a copy to them.
Pet Etiquette
The Board of Directors has received an increased number of complaints regarding pets - especially owners that do not pick up after their dogs. Please be aware of the following County Pet Waste Law:

An owner must not allow an animal to damage or defecate on property outside of the owner's property. An animal may defecate on public property or the common area of property in which the owner shares an interest if the owner immediately removes and disposes of the feces by a sanitary method. Feces may be picked up in a plastic bag. If this bag is placed inside another plastic bag, it may be put out for disposal in your normal household trash.

Penalty for Violation - $100

Have you observed a pet owner disregarding this law? Complaints should be directed to: The Montgomery County Department of Animal Control.
