Scenery Pointe Condominium |
The Scenery Pointe Condominium community was built in 1990-1992 and is located in Germantown, Maryland to the east side of I-270.
Scenery Pointe consists of 156 garage condominium homes and 56 condominium homes without garages. The community is bisected by Scenery Drive and has addresses on Dunstable Circle, Dunstable Drive and Gateshead Circle.
The purpose of this site is to provide homeowners of our community with easy access to our association and information relevant to our neighborhood and community. |

Banking Services effective October 1, 2010 |

The Board of Directors for Scenery Pointe Condominium announces that, effective October 1, 2010, banking services to our association will be with Alliance Association Financial Services (AAFS)*. Our management agent, Vanguard Management Associates, Inc. has made this change in an effort to reduce costs and offer new payment options for our homeowners. Homeowners will be able to pay assessments by credit card or E-check through the AAFS web site after September 25, 2010.
